Prime Property BG REIT internal project management is comprised of a strong group of seasoned professionals, all educated and with experience in the United States / Western Europe.
The REIT strategy is to invest in development of residential and office buildings near Sofia and other major metropolitan areas in Bulgaria. Some refurbishment is also envisioned, which is contingent of the market conditions and demand for such properties.
